Feedback informed therapy

It is really important to me that our work together is effective and we have a means to track and reflect on our work together. I also want to provide you with a safe and meaningful way to provide feedback on each session, to make sure your goals are being met and you feel heard and supported.

For this reason, since 2018 I have used the evidence based My Outcomes Scale.

The scale allows us to celebrate concrete evidence of improvement and build on what is working well.

This scale has also allows for frank conversations for when therapy is not helping so we can pull in more support or change direction as necessary.

From using this scale I can confidently say that the models and approaches I use for therapy are effective and work fast than the average in the field.
